Effective date: October 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this deployment of Tesla Roadster AI Video Generator (the “Service”). The operator is the person or organization that made the deployment you are visiting available. By uploading a vehicle photo or requesting a video, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service turns one uploaded vehicle photo and an optional prompt into a five- or ten-second, 9:16 AI-generated flying-car concept video in 480P or 768P. Requests run through a Cloudflare Worker, temporary and generated media are handled with Cloudflare R2, and video generation is submitted to the server-configured video service. Jobs are asynchronous: the service may report completion by webhook, and the application may poll status until the result is ready.
The Service creates fictional AI concepts. Outputs are not official Tesla footage, engineering simulations, product announcements, demonstrations of production vehicles, flight or driving instructions, or evidence of real-world performance or safety.
The Service is experimental. A request may fail, take longer than expected, produce an inaccurate or objectionable result, or become unavailable. No particular output, quality, availability, retention period, or fitness for a specific purpose is promised.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not bypass account, credit, rate, or other usage restrictions. The operator may limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the Service or comply with law.
Video generation consumes the number of credits shown in the interface. A five-second video currently costs 1 credit at 480P or 2 credits at 768P; a ten-second video costs 2 credits at 480P or 4 credits at 768P. New accounts receive 0 free generation credits. A failed generation is designed to return its reserved credits automatically; credits are not guaranteed to be returned when an output is successfully produced but you dislike the result. Current credit packs are one-time purchases made through Stripe-hosted checkout, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Prices, included credits, and currency are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.
Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are a limited permission to use the Service, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be withdrawn. Credits are issued after the Service receives a valid payment event. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the matching credits may be removed; if some were already spent, the account balance may become negative and generation remains unavailable until the balance is restored. Refunds, where offered or legally required, are handled under the policy presented for the relevant purchase and applicable law. Use the account page to review your credit balance and purchases.
You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded vehicle photo, prompt, and eligible output. You grant the operator and the technical providers used by the Service a limited, worldwide permission to host, transmit, transform, and process that material solely to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Service and comply with law.
You represent that:
The Service does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Other users may receive similar results.
You must not use the Service to:
The operator may block a request, remove media, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect others, or comply with law.
Temporary source photos are designed to be deleted from application R2 storage after a generation job reaches a terminal state and its result has been handled. Successfully generated videos are copied from the configured video service into private R2 and may remain there until deleted by the operator or a retention policy, while the result link expires after 24 hours. Results can be removed without notice, so download them promptly and do not treat the Service as permanent storage. Cloudflare and the configured video service may process request content and technical data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the context in which you publish or share an output. Clearly disclose that a video is AI-generated when a viewer could otherwise reasonably mistake it for authentic footage, and follow any applicable labeling, advertising, election, consumer-protection, or platform rules.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service, its software, design, branding, or third-party components. Any source-code license and required attribution distributed with the project remain in effect. You may not imply that the Service operator or any referenced brand endorses your content, and the Service grants no rights in Tesla names, logos, trade dress, vehicle designs, or other third-party material.
Tesla Roadster AI Video Generator is an independent, unofficial AI video experience. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Tesla, Inc. or its affiliates. Tesla, Roadster, related names and marks, and recognizable vehicle designs belong to their respective owners. You receive no license to use those names, marks, trade dress, designs, or other protected material.
The operator may reject requests or suspend or terminate access when use violates these Terms, threatens the Service or another person, creates legal or security risk, or consumes resources beyond authorized limits. Media associated with suspended access may be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You review and use every output at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and the Service’s contributors and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The operator may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Applicable law governs these Terms without creating a choice of law or dispute forum that the operator has not actually identified.
Use the account page to review credits, purchases, and generation history. Any additional request method offered by the Service will be presented within the Service; no dedicated customer-support channel or response time is promised.
